In order for us to collect the essential data, you will have to sign a "convention d'affiliation au réseau Ticket Restaurant". This convention allows you to receive Ticket Restaurant vouchers, that will be refunded by Corporate Services s.a.l. Step 2 : Display of the Ticket Restaurant Stickers
As soon as our Affiliates' Department has supplied you with the Ticket Restaurant stickers, place them in order to attract new customers. The entry door and the window are the most appropriate and efficient places.
Step 3 : Accepting Ticket Restaurant Vouchers
Accept Ticket Restaurant vouchers as means of payment for all food products.
Always compare the Ticket Restaurant vouchers you receive with the specimen, and verify the validity date of the vouchers.
Refuse all Ticket Restaurant vouchers if damaged, or if stamped by another food shop.
Stamp the Ticket Restaurant vouchers on the back, and note down the date and your registration number from the Ministry of Finance.
Step 4 : How to refund the Ticket Restaurant vouchers
Fill in the "Bordereau de Remise" which was given to you by our Affiliates' Department. Send us the "Bordereau de Remise" and the Ticket Restaurant vouchers in a sealed envelope.
